Pinot Gris Rangen 2002
Eye : The colour of this wine is a steddfast old gold.
Nose : The nose is bee’s wax with a blackcurrant bud finish.
Bouche : The palate is complex. At first orange peel and elder tree flower. The palate is very fat at first and finishes with a mineral saltness recalling the mineral soil of the rangen vineyard.
Conclusion : Association sweet and savoury.
