Eye : This wine is lemon yellow with green tints.

Nose : The nose is expressive and powerful, a particular complexity with notes of apricot, candied pear and ripe maturity.

Palate: At first the palate is powerful, racy and hearty, revealing fine freshness with notes of caramel, raisins and pepper. The finish reveals bitter almond.

Conclusion : This wine can be served with fish in sauce, pike-perch.
