Eye : This wine is limpid and golden.
Nose : At first, the wine lets out aromas of peony, then cinnamon.
Palate : The structure is full-bodied with flavours of cinnamon, grey pepper and tangerine zest.
Conclusion : This wine can be served with a chocolate and orange mousse.
