Eye : This wine is pale yellow
Nose : At.first black current bud, then an acid touch
Palate : On the palate the structure is balanced. Marked by verbena and sage. An acid lemon finish.
Conclusion : This wine is smooth and has a strong cooling capacity, it’s a thirst-quenching wine. Perfect to accompany turkey escaloppe with a cream sauce and “carbonara” pasta.
