Pinot Gris 2006

Eye : Crystalline wine with a pale gold colour.

Nose : At first, a fresh mint aroma followed by thyme.

Palate : The palate is full-bodied with a virginia tobacco flavour on entry, and a ripe lemon flavour on the finish.

Conclusion : This wine is both rich and fresh. It can be served with fish in sauce, such as swordfish and red mullet, and also with mexican dishes.
