Nose : The nose will amaze you with its blackberry, redcurrant and prune aroma.
Palate : The palate is deep in structure, echoing a blackcurrant and redcurrant flavour. The finish is acidulous, marked by a bitter orange peel flavour.
Conclusion : This mature Rosé can accompany duck with orange. Generality: grilled meat.
