Riesling 2005
Eye : This wine is pale yellow
Nose : The nose is spring like with notes of violet and elderberry.
Palate : The palate calls summer to mind with notes of dry grass, recalling the summer of 2005. This wine has a good acid structure.
Conclusion : This Riesling is very dry and refreshing. It goes well with trout with almonds and other fried fish.
