Gewurztraminer Réserve 2005
Eye : This wine is amber yellow
Nose : At first, fresh fig and jasmine. The flavours continue with ripe mirabelle plum and passion fruit.
Palate : The palate ismarked by bitter cacao and orange peel. This Gewurztraminer is remarkable as it is rich, concentrated and dry all at once. The finish is airy, with again, a violet and jasmine flavour.
Conclusion : To serve with a chocolate charlotte and chocolate mousse.
Generality: old comté cheese, goat cheese, asian dishes.
