Eye : This wine is pale yellow with a gold tint.
Nose : The nose is expressive and delicate with fruity notes such as yellow peach and raisins. There are also aromas of green grass and spice.
Palate : On the palate, the attack is ample and supple with a nice mineral and acid stand. The palate is rich and spicy, with a dry apricot and dry fif flavour.
Conclusion : This wine structure is full-bodied. It can accompany a good rib-steak with Morel mushrooms chicken stew with cream, mushrooms and spätzles.
