Eye

The colour is pale yellow, with many trailsof fine bubbles.

Nose

At first the nose is toasted, then very fruity, small berries, raspberry and strawberry. The nose is complex with notes of roast hazelnut and coriander.

Palate

The palate is a nice association of wines made from ripes grapes and fine delicate bubbles making it easy to digest. The fresh cordon of bubbles supports its acidity and contributes to the ample, light structure. These fine bubbles are not aggressive and support a light roundness making it easy to digest.

This Crémant can be served as an aperitif and can be a good companion for parties. This wine can be served throughout a whole meal as well as with fish.
