This Gewurztraminer is a deep straw-yellow colour. It's long legs forming on the sides of the glass, are a sign of the elegance of this sumptuous wine.

Aromas of tangerine, with mineral notes, coming from the volcanic soil of the Rangen vineyards.

Palate

The palate reveals flavours of bitter orange. The structure is straight, and combines both fat and a grapefruit-like acidity. This wine is fat, with a good acidity and touches of asparagus.

Conclusion

This fine, complex wine can be enjoyed as an aperitif with friends, or tried with a a citrus fruit salad.
