The nose is very complex. It's aroma is a subtle blend of herbs and butter, with a touch of watercress and chervil.

Palate

The palate is very fresh, light and lingering, with a surprising aroma of fresh parsley and lemon.
This wine is fresh, thanks to it's nice citric acidity.

Conclusion

Can be served with white meat, fish and raw vegetables.
Can accompany a whole simple meal.
General : a nice accompaniment for white meat & hot meat pie.
