This wine is amber yellow

Nose

At first, fresh fig and jasmine. The flavours continue with ripe mirabelle plum and passion fruit.

Palate

The palate ismarked by bitter cacao and orange peel. This Gewurztraminer is remarkable as it is rich, concentrated and dry all at once. The finish is airy, with again, a violet and jasmine flavour.

Conclusion

To serve with a chocolate charlotte and chocolate mousse.
Generality: old comté cheese, goat cheese, asian dishes.
