The colour is pale gold.

Nose

The nose is complex and intense with apricot and orange peel.

Palate

The palate is fat and full-bodied on entry. The finish is steady with a very nice acidity hiding its roundness. The palate aroma reveals pink gapefruit.

Conclusion

This wine is a very nice Pinot Gris, it can accompany goose foie gras.
