A first nose that evokes fresh hazelnut, sage, fresh moss from undergrowth. A mineral side typical of the Rangen terroir completes these notes.

A wine of a very beautiful freshness, and generous at the same time. Mineral notes, fresh mushroom, complemented by a touch of lemon. A very nice length in the mouth.

A dry, generous, gastronomic wine, already excellent, but with great ageing potential.

This dry and generous wine will be very easy to serve with a wide range of dishes, with fish, white meat, smoked meat, sheep or goat cheese, and even with a good Parisian brioche.
