Clear, limpid and brilliant colour.
Nose
The nose is fine, with a slightly lemony mineral edge.
Mouth
On the palate, we find the citrus side with notes of grapefruit at the end. Excellent length.
Conclusion
We are pleased to present our new vintage
"RIESLING ŒIL DE LA SORCIERE" ® .
It is a blend of Riesling grapes coming partly from our vineyard located on the Grand Cru Rangen de Thann.
This Riesling is very typical and easy to drink.
Suggestion
Ideal as an aperitif, with seafood, poultry and snail dishes.
