Pinot-Gris 2017

The robe has a beautiful light yellow color with silver tint.

The 1st nose has delicate aromas of white fruits (pears, peaches). The 2nd nose is slightly smoked, typical for this grape.

The attack is fresh, this wine is good balanced and easy to drink. The different aromas combine into an elegant harmony.

This Pinot Gris is very typical, it is a nice dry wine, easy to serve, which will age a few years.

Gizzard salad, freshwater fishes, white meat, goat cheese.
