It is a blend of pinot gris grapes coming partly from our vineyard located on the Grand Cru Rangen de Thann.
This wine is greedy and balanced. It expresses the quality of this great terroir of Thann. It is a charming and surprising wine.
Suggestion
A gastronomic wine that can enhance many dishes such as refined dishes in sauce (fish, offal, white meat), a salad with duck confit, andouillette, smoked meats and flavoured tommes.
