Suggestion from A. Woerlé ( MOF Maître du Service et des Arts de la Table) : “Pain perdu” with yellow plum jam and custard. Banana and brown sugar donut. Exotic fruits baba.


Light lemon yellow robe with golden tint. Limpid and brilliant. The tears are thick and fast.


A very expressive nose with fine resin, hydromel and almond notes. After airing, buttery, mimosa flower, leather, candied melon and greengage jam notes enhance the aromatic complexity.


The mouth is ample, suave and well-balanced with a spicy ginger final note. A wine with young notes and a nice expression of the late harvest.


A very pleasant to taste wine, ideal for the type lovers.


White meat in sauce, foie gras and meals with fine mushrooms (morels, chanterelles, truffle), gizzard, liver or duck magret.
