A first expressive nose evoking blackcurrant.
The nose is frank, expressive and very fruity.

The attack is frank, we find the aromas of black fruits. The tannins are present and deserve further ageing.
This wine is fruity, warm, balanced by a nice freshness, with a good length.
Conclusion
A very fine Pinot Noir typical of the Alsace region.
Ageing potential: 15 years

Red meat, small game, strong tasting cheeses such as Munster, Maroilles.
